Taipei, Seoul sign MOU to promote cooperation in youth affairs

Taipei Mayor Chiang Wan-an (蔣萬安) met with Seoul Mayor Oh Se-hoon on Monday to witness the signing of a memorandum of understanding (MOU) on cooperation between the two cities on youth affairs.
