Foreign NGOs to join open parliament forum in New Taipei next week

A two-day forum promoting parliamentary openness and monitoring will open in New Taipei next week, featuring 17 foreign representatives from civil society groups, the Taipei-based Citizen Congress Watch (CCW), one of the event's organizers, told a press conference Thursday.
