Blinken stays coy on Taiwan's IPEF prospects

U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken on Thursday said that the U.S. will "engage virtually every country" in the region in creating the Indo-Pacific Economic Framework (IPEF), as he dismissed concerns that the U.S. had shut the door on Taiwan.
