The Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) legislative caucus is proposing that the Legislature hold an extraordinary session from Jan. 5-28 to discuss major bills related to constitutional reform and two budget plans, DPP legislative caucus whip Ker Chien-ming (柯建銘) said Monday.
