Tsai mourns death of former presidential advisor Chiou Chwei-liang

President Tsai Ing-wen (蔡英文) has offered condolences to the family of Chiou Chwei-liang (邱垂亮), a political science scholar and former national policy advisor to President Chen Shui-bian (陳水扁), who died in Australia on Saturday at the age of 83.
