United States Secretary of Health and Human Services (HHS) Alex Azar, the first U.S. cabinet-level official to visit the country since 2014, arrived in Taiwan on Sunday afternoon, and is scheduled to meet President Tsai Ing-wen at 10 a.m., Monday Taipei Time (10 p.m. E.T.).
