Chinese academic deported for breaching entry permit rules in Taiwan

Taipei, April 12 (CNA) Visiting Chinese scholar Li Yi (李毅) was deported from Taiwan Friday morning because he was scheduled to make a public speech, which would have violated the terms of his entry permit, according to the National Immigration Agency (NIA).
