TSMC founder Morris Chang to represent Taiwan at APEC

Morris Chang (張忠謀), founder of Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co. (TSMC), will serve as Taiwan's representative to this year's Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) leaders' summit in Papua New Guinea in November, President Tsai Ing-wen (蔡英文) announced Wednesday.
