Fate of Salvadorans on exchange programs in Taiwan undecided

The severing of diplomatic relations between Taiwan and El Salvador will affect dozens of Salvadorans on exchange programs in Taiwan, and their fate will be decided by Taiwan's foreign affairs authorities.
