Taiwan setting up diabetes prevention program in St. Vincent

Taiwan is in the process of launching a diabetes prevention program in the Caribbean region for the first time, under a bilateral agreement with St. Vincent and the Grenadines, one of its diplomatic allies, President Tsai Ing-wen (蔡英文) said Wednesday.
