Taiwan's APEC summit envoy arrives in Vietnam, without key adviser

Taiwan's special envoy to the upcoming Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation Forum (APEC) summit arrived in Da Nang, Vietnam on Tuesday without an important member of his delegation because of visa problems.
