Tsai congratulates Merkel on parliamentary election victory

Taiwan's President Tsai Ing-wen (蔡英文) sent an official letter of congratulation to German Chancellor Angela Merkel after she secured a fourth term in office, following a big win for her center-right CDU/CSU coalition in the national election for a new federal parliament on Sunday.
