Taipei, March 18 (CNA) Central Taiwan's Taichung, Changhua and Nantou are expected to play a greater role in the government's upcoming "forward-looking infrastructure development plan," which prioritizes infrastructure investment in areas such as rail transport and green energy, President Tsai Ing-wen (蔡英文) said Saturday.
