Full text of President Ma's New Year's Day address

President Ma Ying-jeou (馬英九) gave his last New Year Day's address Friday as head of state in a speech titled "Eight Years of Reform Create a Better Taiwan," in which he detailed the major achievements of his administration over the last seven-plus years and issued several reminders to the next president.
