Siew may interact with Xi Jinping informally

Former Vice President Vincent Siew (蕭萬長) said Tuesday that there will be no official meeting between him and Chinese President Xi Jinping (習近平) during the upcoming Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) forum summit in Manila because of his tight schedule, but he added that he will interact with Xi informally on any possible occasion.
