President Ma bestows honor on Paraguayan vice president

President Ma Ying-jeou (馬英九) bestowed visiting Paraguayan Vice President Juan Eudes Afara Maciel on Thursday with the Order of the Brilliant Star with Special Grand Cordon in recognition of his efforts and contribution to the promotion of bilateral ties between Taiwan and Paraguay.
