Tokyo, Oct. 6 (CNA) Tsai Ing-wen (蔡英文), chairwoman and presidential candidate of Taiwan's main opposition Democratic Progressive Party (DPP), arrived in Tokyo on Tuesday on a visit to meet with friends and Taiwanese expatriates.
