Taipei, May 14 (CNA) The governor of Japan's Miyagi Prefecture, Yoshihiro Murai, is visiting Taiwan to promote bilateral exchanges and express gratitude for Taiwan's assistance in the wake of a powerful earthquake that struck northeastern Japan on March 11, 2011.
