Gambian aid request linked to broken ties with Taiwan: minister
Taipei, Nov. 25 (CNA) Foreign Minister David Lin said Monday that The Gambia's decision to cut ties with Taiwan was linked to the African state's request for more financial aid and expectations that "we could not satisfy."
