A covered footbridge undergoing renovation in Keelung City is seen in this photo taken on Monday. The 130-meter footbridge which opened in 1976 is locally known as "Shu Qi (舒淇) bridge" after a scene in director Hou Hsiao-hsien's (侯孝賢) 2001 movie "Millennium Mambo" (千禧曼波) when the eponymous actress repeatedly looks back while strolling through the walkway.
