Garbage fire

Smoke is seen rising from a garbage landfill dump on Wednesday in the southern county of Pingtung. The fire started around noon and was still burning at 4 p.m. The area's Air Quality Index (AQI) flashed orange indicating that air quality was "unhealthy for sensitive groups" such as young children, seniors and people with chronic illnesses.
