Giant oarfish in Taitung

Fishermen hold a four-meter giant oarfish they caught in Taimali Township in the southeastern county of Taitung on Thursday. Some believe the appearance of the rare fish coincides with earthquakes, and indeed a magnitude-5.6 quake as well as dozens of aftershocks struck eastern Taiwan since the previous night.
