President Tsai Ing-wen (蔡英文) sent a congratulatory message to Pope Francis on fifth anniversary of his pontificate Tuesday, and expressed the hope that he will one day visit Taiwan, according to the Republic of China (Taiwan) Embassy in the Holy See.
