CECC details reasons for Vienna Philharmonic visit denial

Plans for the world renowned Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra to perform in Taiwan this month fell through due to the orchestra requesting only a limited number of days in quarantine and planned travel across the country, according to the Central Epidemic Command Center (CECC).
