Tang Prize laureate optimistic on climate agreement

The first winner of the Tang Prize (唐獎) for sustainable development, Gro Harlem Brundtland, said Monday that she believes a proposed legally binding agreement will be signed at the United Nations Climate Change Conference in Paris despite the many differences that exist.
