Pro-China party founder bailed over melee during religious procession

The founder of a party that promotes unification with China was released on bail of NT$300,000 (US$10,346) Tuesday after being interrogated by prosecutors over his involvement in a brawl between party members and police during the Dajia Mazu procession over the weekend.
