Shanghai official visits Taipei mayor to promote city-to-city ties

Taipei Mayor Ko Wen-je (柯文哲) met with Li Wenhui (李文輝), the director of Shanghai's Taiwan Affairs Office, in Taipei on Monday to discuss cultural, trade and economic ties between the two cities.
