Chinese president lauds Taiwan's contributions to China

Chinese President Xi Jinping (習近平) on Tuesday lauded Taiwanese contributions to China's development and voiced optimism about the prospects for cross-Taiwan Strait relations while welcoming a Taiwanese delegation at the Boao Forum for Asia.
