Contract chipmaker Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co. (TSMC) has appointed Rose Castanares, executive vice president of TSMC Arizona as president of the subsidiary, which is responsible for carrying out massive investments by the Taiwanese tech giant in the U.S. state.
