Jan-June real regular wages rise, earnings see 1st drop in 7 years

Real regular wages in Taiwan increased in the first six months of 2023 compared to a year earlier, but real earnings dropped for the first time in seven years by 0.73 percent, according to the Directorate General of Budget, Accounting and Statistics (DGBAS) Thursday.
