Shares in Taiwan moved higher Friday as investors ignored the losses suffered on U.S. markets overnight and continued to pick up artificial intelligence related stocks to offset the weakness of large cap stocks such as contract chipmaker Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co. (TSMC), dealers said.
