ASML gets nod for US$31 million investment plan in Taiwan

A NT$950 million (US$31 million) investment plan by Dutch chipmaking equipment supplier ASML to build a facility in Taiwan that will manufacture the necessary equipment to make 2-nanometer chips, has been approved by the Ministry of Economic Affairs (MOEA).
