Taiwan shares end little changed amid worries over U.S. debt ceiling talks

Shares in Taiwan ended almost flat Monday after a strong showing the previous week, as renewed concerns over debt ceiling negotiations in Washington returned to rein in buying on the local main board, dealers said.
