Japan seeks to resume trade talk framework with Taiwan

Japan said on Friday it was willing to resume a framework for economic and trade discussions with Taiwan which had been halted for eight years after Taipei recently decided to lift a 11-year ban on food imports from areas in Japan that were affected by the 2011 Fukushima nuclear disaster.
