Public welfare lottery ticket sales in Taiwan for the year are expected to reach NT$124.1 billion (US$4.11 billion), the third highest since the lottery was introduced in 1999, Taiwan Lottery Co., the exclusive public welfare lottery operator, said Tuesday.
