It's official: TSMC's Chang retires after board reshuffle

Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co. (TSMC) Chairman Morris Chang (張忠謀) retired on Tuesday after the company completed a reshuffle of the board of directors at its annual general meeting.
