Power outage at shopping mall caused by transformer failure: Taipower

The Miramar shopping center in Taipei's Dazhi was hit by a brief power outage Sunday afternoon, which state-run Taiwan Power Co. (Taipower) explained was caused by the failure of the electricity user's self-setting voltage transformer.
