Keelung Dawulun Beach closed after 3 deaths in one day

Three people drowned at Dawulun Beach in Keelung within seven hours on Saturday, forcing the city government to close the area for one week to examine and revamp relevant management rules and regulations governing water safety and rescues, in an attempt to improve safety.
