NSB agents held for smuggling cigarettes under cover of Tsai's trip

Two National Security Bureau (NSB) agents were taken into custody Tuesday after allegedly smuggling 9,800 cartons of cigarettes worth NT$6 million (US$191,418) into Taiwan under cover of President Tsai Ing-wen (蔡英文)'s recent trip overseas.
