CWB warns of heavy rain, gust winds in central Taiwan, Penghu

The Central Weather Bureau on Monday issued a heavy rain, lightning and gust winds alert for Taichung, Changhua and Yunlin as well as offshore Penghu islands late Monday and early Tuesday.
