Report on Kaohsiung Prison hostage situation issued

The Ministry of Justice on Friday released a report on its investigation into a hostage crisis at Kaohsiung Prison in the early hours of Thursday that ended when the six inmates who took the prison's warden and head guard hostage committed suicide.
