Edinburgh court rules Briton Zain Dean should be extradited to Taiwan

The Edinburgh Sheriff Court ruled Wednesday that Zain Dean, a British national convicted in Taipei of a fatal hit-and-run case, should be extradited to Taiwan to serve his sentence.
