Philippine envoy thanks Taiwan for typhoon relief aid

The Philippines' representative to Taiwan expressed his gratitude to Taiwan on Thursday for its swift relief efforts in the wake of Typhoon Haiyan, which ripped through his country Nov. 8, leaving a trail of death and destruction.
