Legislator Chen Chi-mai wins DPP primary for Kaohsiung mayoral race

Ruling Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) legislator Chen Chi-mai (陳其邁) won a hard-fought party primary to be its nominee in this year's Kaohsiung mayoral election, the DPP announced Wednesday.
