Taoyuan mayor gains highest approval rating among 6 municipal leaders

Taoyuan Mayor Cheng Wen-tsan (鄭文燦) has the highest public approval rating for administrative performance among the mayors of Taiwan's six special municipalities, according to a survey released Friday.
