Soong says he will interact naturally with Xi at APEC

Opposition People First Party Chairman James Soong (宋楚瑜), who will represent Taiwan at next week's Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) leaders' meeting in Peru, said Friday that he will interact naturally with China's leader at the event.
