Vietnam-born, half-Taiwanese actress Helen Thanh Dao (海倫清桃), who rose to fame with her role in the Taiwanese film "My Little Honey Moon (野蓮香)" announced Wednesday that she will accept a political party's nomination to run as a legislator-at-large in next year's legislative elections.
