Fate of 1st nuclear plant to rest on discussion: premier

Premier Jiang Yi-huah said Tuesday that due to a major change regarding the operation of the No. 4 nuclear power plant, the question of whether to decommission the first nuclear power plant or extend its service life will be decided at a national energy conference scheduled for the end of this year or early next year.
