Japanese Michelin starred noodle shop to open store in Taipei

Japanese soba noodle shop Tsuta, which won a Michelin star in 2016 and 2017 for its Tokyo outlet, is scheduled to open a store in Taipei on April 27, its Taiwan sales agent, Hoyii Life (和億生活), said Tuesday.
