Ministry criticizes Kaohsiung's draft rules for petrochemical industry

A set of draft rules by the Kaohsiung City government to regulate the petrochemical industry in the city run counter to the spirit of free economy, are probably unconstitutional, and will hurt Taiwan's investment climate, the Ministry of Economic Affairs said Wednesday.
